The electrical installation work scopes for this project comprises supply of non-free-issue materials, installation, testing & commissioning of electrical equipment and systems in the substations. The work scopes in process & offsite utility areas are as follows.

- Construction of a proposed terminal with 19 number of tanks suitable for the storage, transfer and blending of petroleum products, valve manifolds, firefighting system, slop and wastewater system, utilities, buildings, jetty topsides, and interconnecting pipeline from Jurong Port Tank.
- A total capacity of 310,000 cmb with no new jetties in Phase 2 scope. Supported by Phase 1 existing jetties.
