The Performance Award recognises companies or organisations that have performed well in safety and health through the implementation of sound safety and health management systems.
WSH Safety and Health Award Recognition for Projects (SHARP)
The SHARP Award recognises projects or worksites that have good safety and health performance and workplace safety and health management systems. This includes large-scale projects that mobilise significant manpower and have shown their ability to manage WSH on a project-level.
RoSPA Engineering Construction Industry Sector Awards
For 2020, Rotary Engineering Pte. Ltd emerged as the WINNER for The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents(RoSPA)’s INTERNATIONAL SECTOR AWARDS and awarded “Highly Commended” accolade in the Engineering Construction Industry Sector.
RoSPA Gold Award, Gold Medal Award & President’s Award
RoSPA President’s Award (10 consecutive Gold Awards) and Gold Medal Award (5 consecutive Gold Awards) winners have achieved a very high level of performance, demonstrating well developed occupational health and safety management systems and culture, outstanding control of risk and very low levels of error, harm and loss. New Silk Road CEO of the Year Award 2019
Mr. Roger Chia has been awarded as the Aramco Trading New Silk Road CEO of the Year on 30 September 2019 in the category of Storage. This prestigious award, conferred by Aramco Trading, was inaugurated in the year 2017 by the government of Fujairah to grant pioneering industry leaders who are spearing the East-of-Suez energy markets. This award recognizes his outstanding achievement in the advancement of the oil storage industry on the new Silk Road.
Businessman of the Year 2010
The Chairman & Managing Director of Rotary Group of Companies, Mr. Chia Kim Piow was awarded Businessman of the Year at the Singapore Business Awards 2011. This Awards are jointly organised by The Business Times. The objectives of this Awards are to acknowledge the vital contributions made by companies and business leaders to Singapore’s development and to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit in Singapore, and to give recognition to excellence in corporate management.
CEO of the Year 2008
For the company’s achievement, Mr. Chia Kim Piow, Chairman & Managing Director of Rotary Group of Companies was awarded the CEO of the year (companies with $300 million to $1 billion in market capitalisation) at the Singapore Corporate Awards 2009.
