Rotary Engineering Fujairah FZE (Free Zone Enterprise), a wholly owned subsidiary of Rotary Group of Companies, is well-established as an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Services for storage tanks of Oil & Gas, Petroleum and Petrochemical Plants.
Located in United Arab Emirates, we had successfully clinched several major projects which include the VLCC Jetty Project for the Port of Fujairah (EPC of a jetty and topside for VLCC) and the Improvements Works Project for the Fujairah Oil Terminal (EPC for brownfield additional multidisciplinary works on Fujairah Oil Terminal, which was successfully completed by Rotary in December 2014)

Engineering
Our Engineering team in Singapore lays the foundation for each outstanding project that bears the Rotary Mark of quality. In addition we have the support from our design centres in India, Thailand and China.

We have a full-fledged procurement and logistics team to support and streamline the procurement and logistics operations for projects in the region.

Civil & Structural:
We are able to do earthworks & excavation works, pipe sleepers, pipe supports, pipe bridges, operating platforms, equipment shelters, tank foundations, equipment foundations, plant & utility buildings and roads.
Tankage:
Rotary has a long history of providing multi-disciplinary, turnkey EPCM solutions in the fields of bulk liquid storage terminals, tank farms, offsite and utilities for refineries and petrochemical plants. We know precisely what it takes when it comes to designing and constructing tanks for bulk liquid storage.
Our tankage capabilities include full EPCM tankage solutions, prefabrication of tank plates, spiral staircases, tank bridges, accessories and appurtenances.
Our capabilities also include spherical tanks, double-walled tanks, low temperature tanks, horizontal vessels ("Bullets"), cone roof, dome roof, and floating roof tanks.
Mechanical:
To be time and cost-effective, Rotary utilizes mechanization and automation such as automated vertical and horizontal welding machines to enhance productivity. Our expertise includes:

Electrical & Instrumentation:
Construction and installation of panel, control room, PCS, Process Instrumentation, HVAC, Heat Tracing, Electrical Systems, Instrumentation Systems and Automation services.
Our value added services include Panel Integration, PLC Programming, SCADA screen development, Sub-system integration, Analyzer system integration. We have also previously executed projects of electrical & instrumentation scope for FPSO, ships & vessels.
Rotary has a total of 5 fabrication workshops spanning across key regions in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, strategically align with our group’s direction for the support of our multinational projects with our unique execution plans. Apart from providing fabrication support to our EPC services in these regions, our workshops are fully equipped with capabilities to support fabrication projects as required by our clients worldwide.
Occupying a combined total area of more than 30 hectares, these 5 workshops are capable of fabricating more than 1.2 million DB of piping, 8,000 tonnes of structural steel, and 45,000 tonnes of plates rolling per year. With our effort in expanding our presence in the Middle East, we are expecting our 6th workshop to be completed in Fujairah, UAE by Q3 2017.

Rotary Engineering Fujairah is building a permanent office facility and fabrication workshop facility in Al Hayl Industrial Area Fujairah, UAE. The fabrication workshop facility will be ready by Q3 2017. This facility shall be utilized for the prefabrication of tanks, piping & steel structure.
Rotary Engineering Fujairah adopts “Jack-up” construction methodology for the erection of storage tanks which reduces both the erection lead time and resource requirements.
In addition, we are also specialists in the erection of tanks as per API 650 & API 620 standards. Bar Coding System is in place to track material flow of projects while FACTS ERP software is being used in Piping for the tracking of raw and finished material.
