At Rotary, we believe that firm foundation is the key. And because it is often in the Engineering design phase that lays the foundation of our scope of services, Engineering as a discipline is of utmost importance in our organization. With that in mind, we had trained up an elite team of engineers whom are capable of all our Engineering services to include Process/Chemical, Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Equipment, Piping, Tankage, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation and Commissioning.

With the support of our design centres in Thailand and India (Click here to view our 3D Modeling Centre in India) (with the state-of-the-art SmartPlant suite of products for EDMS, 3D modeling and other design works), our Engineering Team across Rotary BUs work together to complete every projects successfully to uphold that of the Rotary quality mark.

Rotary strongly believes in early implementation of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) principles, of which it is by this culture that plays a key role in the success of our Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects. HSSE principles are adopted as early as during the FEED all the way till the commissioning of project via a seamless transition in each of its project phases.

More than 200 multi-disciplined design engineers

The Engineering Department is supported by more than 100 experienced multi-disciplinary Engineers, with the skills and knowledge to produce 3D and integrated database Engineering, and to propose cost effective solutions to technical challenges using both conventional and advanced Engineering. On top of that, we have a specialized Tankage Design section which handles all types of steel tanks and its accessories to provide our clients with the best optimized tank design solutions in the quickest possible time.

Through our approach in understanding our clients’ objectives in order to provide effective solution to them in all stages of the project, we will go to the extra mile in understanding their requirements, in terms of safety, functionality, schedule, budget, constructability & sustainability, before producing feasibility studies and customized designs that would best suit their needs.
