Congratulations to the ENOC Refinery Expansion Project!
Lauded as National Oil & Gas Project of the Year and GCC Oil & Gas Project of the Year!
In the MEED’s Project Awards 2020, the project won The National Oil & Gas Project of the Year and GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) Oil & Gas Project of the Year for its refinery expansion in Jebel Ali. The ENOC refinery expansion not only builds in-country refining strengths but also supports the long-term growth of multiple sectors and limits dependence on imports of refined products. It achieved a track-record of 25 million manhours with zero major accidents or incidents recorded.
Rotary Engineering is honoured to be part of this project! Completed in January 2019, Rotary was awarded the second package of this expansion project, which includes the construction of 12 new storage tanks with a total storage capacity of 450,000 cbm. The tanks were designed to meet the latest and highest industry standards to help maintain high product quality throughout the refinery’s logistics chain.
