Safety Carnival was launch on 2 November 2008 at MEG dormitory, with its objectives that is to bring safety education at their doorstep. A total of 371 workers from MEG project sites participated in the events. Talks include workplace safety health awareness and managing emergency care such as CPR. Competition like games played to stimulate the interest with vouchers distributed as a token.
Safety Carnival Event once again brought to the workers at ECC Dormitories, Pulau Ular.
About 600 workers and staffs participated in the event. Activities included with safety sketches performed by our ECC safety team. Participant participated in our interactive activities which include skills in wearing body harness blindfold, safety campaign slogan cum drawing competitions and safety quizzes.
Overall, the event end with our Guests and Directors performed the "Safety Carnival Dance" on stage.

The 3rd Safety Carnival Event was launch on 27 June 2009 at Penjuru Dormitory 2, with its objectives that is to bring safety education at their doorstep. A total of 523 workers participated in the events. Talks includes workplace safety health awareness and managing emergency care such as CPR. Quizzes were also included to educate and create awareness at workplace safety and health.
The 4rd Safety Carnival Event was launch on 22 November 2009 at Soon Lee Dormitory, with its objectives that is to bring safety education at their doorstep. Workers participating are mainly from RIMC, Seraya Chemical and Neptune. Booth set up by NEA and managing emergency care such as CPR. Quizzes were also included to educate and create awareness at workplace safety and health.
It was a cool morning, 9th May 2010 and the preparation for the 'big' event for Rotary workers residing at SPT dormitory is ready. After the final briefing, the crew is ready for action and the silent morning blasted with the sound of music on air of Jurong Island, SPT dormitory.
Once again Safety Carnival 2010 was held at SPT dormitory in conjunction with SPT 1 million manhours worked and about 1000 workers were present. Heavy rain does not dampen our spirit and we are very honoured to have Mr Kevin Teoh, Executive Director of Workplace Safety and Health Council, Rotary directors, managers and clients to witness this memorable event.
Workers cheered joyfully to see their colleagues performing on stage. Skits, skill demonstration and safety quiz were to reinforce learning of safety culture to workers. Workers enjoyed exhibition by the Workplace Safety Council, National Environment Agency and Singapore Police Force whom contributed to the success of the event.
