COMPANY PROFILE & HISTORY

P.T. Rotary Engineering Indonesia (PTREI) established on year 1997, is situated in Tanjung Uncang, Batam Island. Strategically located within one hour from Singapore, it has abundant skilled manpower for the fabrication, testing and assembly of offshore and petrochemical steel work.

The yard has a total land area of 12 hectares, which together with a 1000 ton capacity sea wharf, enables the fabrication, assembly and delivery of piping, tankage, modules, platform and structures to cater for both local and overseas markets.

A well equipped covered workshop totaling 24,000 square metres, with blasting and painting facilities of 50000 square metres, has enabled PTREI to undertake Mechanical works for chemical and petrochemical projects in areas such as:

Tankage
Fabrication of Shop Assembled Tanks & Prefabrication of Site Installed tanks for carbon steel stainless steel tank according to API 650 and API 620. We have a well-established track record of more than 30 tanks fabricated.

Piping
PTREI specializes in fabrication of pipe spools in both carbon steel and stainless steel. We have also undertaken large projects.

Structural
Fabrication of Building Structural, Plant Structure, Pipe Racks & Bridges, plant equipment structure. We have recently fabricated three sets Heavy Plate (Devil Tower) with dimension of 28m x 28m x 2mH x 160 ton each.

Remote Control Rooms
Containerised Instrumental Control Rooms, Remote Instrument Enclosure for chemical Plants and offshore facilities.

Facilities
Rotary owns and operates a 130,000 square metres comprehensively equipped fabrication facility in Indonesia, located on Batam Island. Premises include a state of the art Fabrication workshop and General Administrative Office building complete with barge loading jetty.
