1. General Manager (Logistics)
You will develop the organization’s overall supply and logistics strategy, as well as establish purchasing budgets and policies, leading to the attainment of strategic objectives. In doing so, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities to control purchasing costs effectively through the optimization of buying patterns and supply channels. Additionally, you will evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic vendor relations, ensuring that the contractual terms are in the organization’s best interests, and see that all procured materials are compliant with quality and regulatory standards. In a leadership role, you will also be required to lead a team of procurement managers to attain the established targets and standards.

2. Construction Manager
You will initiate, plan and execute construction projects, effectively managing project schedules, budgets, quality as well as risks and changes. While interfacing with partners from various disciplines, you will also ensure that all work processes are executed in compliance with the stipulated Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations.

3. Fabrication Shop Manager
While managing the workshop’s production and manpower issues, you will also oversee its costing and budgeting matters and ensure that effective document control is in place (drawings, specifi cations, inspection records, fabricated item tags, etc.). In addition, you will see to the employment of welding procedures and technology as well as the maintenance of fabrication shop equipment.

4. Project Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation/Mechanical)
You will track, coordinate and ensure the successful completion of projects, as well as issue regular progress reports to our clients (i.e. weekly, monthly). You will also be responsible for the overall reporting of cost forecasts, project performance and the change of order controls and trenches. Apart from developing cost-control guidelines and procedures, you will prepare tender proposals and estimations, while coordinating with internal counterparts on various project issues.

5. HSE Manager
Equipped with the experience in air sampling, atmospheric equipment and instrumentation, you will liaise with the Project and Operations management, clients and relevant government agencies to develop innovative processes, techniques and standards. In addition, you will manage the HSE program for offi ces and project locations, as well as ensure adequate staffi ng and training of HSE resources to support projects. In a leadership role, you will lead and train a team of craft personnel to attain the established targets as well as ensure compliance to the health and safety requirements.


Requirements for positions 1 - 5:
• Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry
6. QA/QC Inspector
You will visually verify that the incoming materials have met the requirements for welding works, such as quality and dimensional tolerance levels, witnessing qualifying tests for welders as required. From time to time, you will be required to act as an internal independent party to conduct inspection of such nature. As part of this role, you will also conduct inspection and tests on fi xtures, structures and other installation works, in line with the ASME and ANSI codes, at our vendors’ shop facilities/work-sites. Additionally, you will prepare and compile quality, inspection and non-conforming reports throughout projects, and follow up on necessary corrective actions. In addition, you will monitor the performance of welders, while implementing and monitoring proper storage and usage procedures for welding tools and equipment. Liaising with NDT subcontractors on the viewing and interpretation of radiography films will also be an important aspect of this role.

7. Supervisor (Electrical & Instrumentation)
You should have experience in the supervision of installations; these include fi eld instruments, cable ladder and fabrication support, electrical and instrumental panels/cables, instrument tubings/fittings, cable landing and termination works. In addition, you should be able to read construction drawings. Preparing site progress reports and overseeing manpower planning will also come under your purview.

8. Safety Supervisor/Coordinator
While providing support to the Project team in planning and executing work in the field, you will also ensure the monthly inspection of all lifting gears, appliances and electrical equipment, and that the register, color coding and records are well maintained. In addition, you will ensure that all site activities and working conditions comply with the Company’s and/or clients’ safety conduct and ethics policies as well as regulatory bodies’ (e.g. NEA) guidelines. You will also implement safety-related training programs and certification of the crew on-site, as well as manage and administer safety incentive programs for the projects. Additionally, you will report any risk-related on-site situations as defined by the Project Safety Action Plan to the Construction/Country Safety Manager or WSH Officer. Maintaining good client relations and performing any safety-related functions and processes will form other aspects of this role. Good knowledge of air sampling, atmospheric equipment and instrumentation applications is required.

9. Logistics Coordinator
You will coordinate services, such as galvanizing, blasting and painting, upon the requests of the Project Engineer or Manager, and arrange for vehicles and barges to meet onshore and offshore needs. Apart from ensuring proper fi ling and documentation, you will also ensure that all goods and fi nished materials are safely loaded with the necessary D.O., as well as make sure that all goods, materials and equipment returned from the various project sites are duly received by the respective departments, with proper documentation. Additionally, you must possess a valid Class 3 driver’s license, as you will be responsible for the collection of goods for urgent delivery to project sites.

10. Administrative Assistant
You will support all administrative, sales and purchasing functions; these include the processing of sales orders and purchase orders, invoicing as well as document control.

11. Project/Design Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation)
You will prepare engineering documents for government submission and construction purposes, as well as formulate detailed material take-offs for project procurements and bid proposals. In addition, you will be involved in basic and detailed engineering designs, including calculations/analyses of project specifi cations. Ensuring that the execution of projects adhere to the ISO quality requirements, you will also review and approve documents by vendors and relevant third parties. Knowledge of in-tool/ETAP software or equivalent is preferred.

12. Project Engineer (Civil)
You will coordinate and monitor the activities throughout engineering projects, acting as a liaison between the Project Manager and the Construction Manager/Superintendent to ensure that the projects are duly executed and compliant with specifi cations and quality standards. Liaising with Procurement to purchase materials and equipment, as well as the scheduling of manpower and equipment will also come under your purview. Additionally, you will plan and schedule for maintenance and shutdown activities, as well as be involved in the cost estimation of potential projects relating to static and rotating equipment. You will also be responsible for the review of technical blue prints of projects to identify potential problems. Meeting clients to clarify engineering issues and update them of the project status, as well as liaising with vendors to discuss and negotiate material requirements are also necessary aspects of this role. In addition, you will compile all operating instructions and documentation of projects, provide on-site assistance during commissioning and follow up on the projects during their respective warranty periods.

13. Sales Engineer
You will provide sales support and forecasts of order volume to the Sales team, as well as analyze the costs and sales of these products. In addition, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and preparing reports for the head offi ce. Maintaining strong relations with new and existing clients will also come under your purview. A good track record in new account development is preferred.

14. Structure Engineer
You will review clients’ specifi cations and drawings, as well as generate structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical BOM/drawings for fabrication. Additionally, you will review sub-vendors’ drawings (e.g. HVAC systems, fi re and gas detection/suppression systems, etc.) and ensure that the required quality, health, safety and environmental standards are met. Profi ciency in AutoCAD software is required.

15. Quantity Survey Engineer
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will assist the management in tracking and verifying that work conducted beyond the Company’s scope of contract is processed for variation claims, and that contractors’ obligations are fulfi lled in accordance with their claims and the Company’s requirements. You will also verify the actual headcount on-site against the morning toolbox talk attendance list, as well as conduct time-study for lunch, tea and end-of-the-day breaks to monitor productivity. Additional ad hoc duties to enhance the Company’s image and capture business opportunities will also form other aspects of this role. You must have a valid Class 2 and/or Class 3 driver’s license.

16. Assistant Planning Engineer
You will assist the Planning Engineer to prepare schedules and records for actual production results, while providing regular updates on project progress. Additionally, you will work closely with Logistics and Site to provide prompt and effective project solutions.


Requirements for positions 11 - 16:
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry
17. HSE Officer
As an integral member of the Construction team, you will contribute to the development of the HSE program for projects as well as assist in all safety-related issues, ensuring compliance to risk assessment processes. You will also develop detailed project safety plans and recommend measures to eliminate any on-site risks. Additionally, you will prepare and submit project safety reports to the Construction Manager/Country HSE Manager on a timely basis. Working experience in air sampling, atmospheric equipment and instrumentation is vital for this role.

18. Project Planner (Mechanical/Civil)
Equipped with the knowledge of Primavera (P3), you will prepare project schedules as well as monitor the progress and production results, while providing regular updates on these aspects. In addition, you will work closely with Logistics and Site to provide prompt and effective project solutions.

19. Surveyor
You will be responsible for conducting close traverse and alignment surveys.

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related discipline
