Responsibilities:

QA Manager
Responsibilities:
You will plan, direct and coordinate the organisation's overall quality assurance requirements during
the designing, procurement, construction and handover phases. You will set up and control the QA
system for EPC projects in accordance with corporate QA policies and contractual requirements, implement
corporate QA procedures relevant to detailed design and procurement specifications, bid evaluation, vendor
selection and vendor design inputs. In addition, you will develop and implement project quality plans to
coordinate with the construction and quality control team, access the vendor product specifications to

Procurement Engineers (Equipment, Piping, E&I)
Responsibilities:
You will receive RFQs from the Technical team and ensure that specifications are complete with the
necessary data and drawings, and all requirements are in line with client guidelines.
You will also source potential suppliers according to specifications/RFQs, and seek approval from
customers if the supplier is not in the approved vendor list. Apart from receiving quotations and
ensuring that they are in line with the specifications, you will also conduct commercial evaluation
of the quotations based on the technical aspects and prepare bid tabulations. On supplier negotiations,
you will aim to secure the best prices and payment terms, and ensure timely delivery according to the
construction schedule. In addition, you will assist in preparing contracts/LOL for purchases, ensure
that all essential details are specified in the purchase orders, and that all shipping instructions are
duly verified. Developing, monitoring and updating the Procurement Control List; coordinating with the

QA/QC Engineer, E&I
Responsibilities:
You will prepare the Inspection Test Plan and QA/QC procedures for the project in accordance with
client requirement, as well as conduct E&I material inspection at source, while preparing for the
punch list and clearance. In addition, you will perform Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance
Test for Electrical and Instrumentation systems, conduct field inspection on E&I installation, as well

Planner
Responsibilities:
You will ensure that the Operations and Maintenance Management System Database is up-to-date and
accurate at all times. In addition, you will prepare Level 2 project schedules as well as guide
the subcontractors in preparing Level 4 detailed work schedules. In addition, you will check the
subcontractors' submission of the planning package and make recommendations to the management for
approval, while reviewing the submission of actual weekly progress reports by sub-contractors

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
You will prepare and verify equipment data sheets, specifications and requisitions; execute vendor
offer reviews and technical bid evaluation; as well as conduct reviews on vendor drawings/documents
vendor data incorporation. You will also prepare work scope, deliverables and MH estimation for new
proposals, and provide proactive and creative views to optimise efficiency in project execution.
In addition, you will coordinate and plan for resources for projects, review inter-disciplinary
drawings and documents (e.g. P&IDs, equipment layout), and coordinate with customers on document reviews
and the approval processes. Assisting in plant erection, commissioning and startup, as well as

Assistant Engineering Manager (Saudi Arabia)
Responsibilities:
You will plan, direct, manage and execute policies and engineering methods relevant to Civil and
Structural, Piping and Mechanical, Tankage, Instrumentation, Electrical, Process engineering, for
various engineering projects. You will also implement strategies and maximise work efficiency,
while selecting and developing an outstanding team of professional engineers to attain business
targets, while keeping to the budget and engineering guidelines, as well as seeing to the medium-term
planning for the Engineering department. In addition, you will ensure that all feasibility studies,
as well as conceptual, basic and detailed engineering designs are carried out in accordance with
the project requirements.

Lead Piping Engineer (Saudi Arabia)
Responsibilities:
You will adhere to the established engineering procedures and guidelines to design and install
products and services required by the organisation, as well as continually review and implement
project specifications. You will draft engineering documents for submission to the authorities and
create basic and detailed engineering designs, including calculations and analyses in accordance
with project requirements. In addition, you will prepare and update material take-offs for project
procurement and bid proposals, as well as assist in preparing cost estimates for tender proposal.
Apart from instructing, supervising, managing and monitoring the Designers and Draftsman in the
course of their duties, you will also provide technical assistance to the construction team,
conduct site verification, as well as manage piping selection, routing, plant layout, pipe
specifications, among others.
