Electrical Design Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage, plan, direct and execute policies and methods regarding electrical engineering operation and strategy implementation and control for maximizing current and future procedures.
- Select, lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of professional electrical engineers, technical and administrative support staff to ensure that, the electrical engineering are completed on time within budget and as per the set goals
- Create career development programmes for the team and develop medium-term planning for the growth of the process.
- Ensure implementation of projects for expanding and /or modifying the production lines
- Study the characteristics of all possible equipment available and suggest acquiring the most appropriate equipment for carrying out the operations.
- Oversee and ensure feasibility study, conceptual, basic and detailed engineering design that are carried out by the Electrical discipline are in accordance with project requirements.
- Lead, guide, evaluate and develop a team of engineer with design engineering responsibilities to ensure that the organisation achieves its business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
- To comply with the organisation safety and regulation.
Requirements:
- Master or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years relevant working experience on Electrical design of plants related to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical or Pharmaceutical Industries
- Well-versed in all local and international codes and standards on the related field and Design & Engineering calculations
- Computer literate and good hand-on experience on applications such as Microsoft Office, Electrical design software, etc.

Site Manager (Mechanical/Piping)
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, and authorise changes that significantly impact the scope budget or timeline of a plant maintenance project.
- Lead the most complex or critical plant construction projects, monitor progress and performance against the project plan
- Identify and resolve operational problems and minimise delays
- Select and manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service
- Select, guide and develop a team of project & construction team with operational responsibilities to ensure that the organisation achieves it business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws
- Ensure that organisation and government standards on safety are met
- Ensure that customer quality specifications are constantly met.
- Allocate capital and human resources to maximise productivity
- Supervise and implement project expense, other assets and resources with budget
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years experience with at least 5 years of managerial responsibility on site handling construction projects for Oil and Gas, and Petrol Chemical Companies.

Assistant Design Manager (Rotating Equipment)
Responsibilities:
- Reviews /implements project/job specification.
- Review engineering documents for government submission and for construction.
- Carry out basic and detailed engineering design including calculations / analysis as per project requirements.
- Prepares and updates material take-off for project procurement and bid proposals.
- Assists in preparing cost estimate for tender proposal.
- Coordinates and cooperates with other disciplines on new process requirements, design interference check and design changes.
- Adheres to ISO, client and International Standards quality requirements in the execution of works as applicable.
- Instructs, supervises, manages and monitors the Designers in the course of work.
- Provides technical assistance to construction team.
- Attends site check/verification.
- Adheres to drawing checking procedure.
- Performs electrical calculations on cable sizing, system studies, etc.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant working experience in design of plants related to projects in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical or Pharmaceutical Industries.

Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, identifying and evaluating project pipelines, specific business opportunities and new markets for existing products and services, as well as other developments and marketing partnership opportunities.
- Ensure customer retention and satisfaction for repeat jobs.
- Participate in meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and advance the organization’s interest.
- Undertake and evaluate market research (in-house or outsourced) to keep the management abreast of the latest market and industry trends.
- Provide full support to the management to drive strategic initiatives related to business development opportunities and strategic alliances, joint ventures, distribution agreements, mergers/acquisitions/divestitures, IP rights licensing, etc.
- Assess ROI, risks and costs/benefits.
Requirements:
- Preferably a Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or Business Administration

Finance Manager (Based in Saudi Arabia)
Responsibilities:
- Analyse committed budget and expended costs and communicate project budget overrun / saving to project managers
- Assist in preparation of project budgets and forecast
- Participate in strategy development and management of business units’ performance
- Work with Project Managers in the preparation of proposals and tenders for contracts
- Provide financial and decision-making support to Project Managers
Requirements:
- Preferably has previous work experience in Joint Venture Management and SAP knowledge
- Finance experience (Essential): Knowledge in Full Sets of accounts and auditing
- 8 -10 years experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction industry with at least 3 years in a MNC environment

Responsibilities:
- Plan, co-ordinate and manage the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of assigned projects, including taking a leadership role in the preparation of proposals
- Responsible for all matters related to project management, such as, construction, manpower planning, material procurement and budget control
- Prepare progress plan, progress estimation, material takeoff cost control and invoices, procurement and budget control as well as construction management
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical) or equivalent
- 8-10 years of relevant working experience in Oil and Gas industry
- Ability to manage sub contractor of various disciplines will be an added points

Responsibilities:
- Provide contractual advice or interpretation as and when required for claims to clients
- Provide contractual advice and defend against sub-contractor’s claims, research vendor’s / supplier’s capabilities, identify a pool of candidate vendors / supplier for project consideration.
- Liase with external lawyer on specific issue of potential legal case
- Provide assistance to Project Management Team in Subcontract document preparation
- Work with finance department to address concerns of risks that finance department may have
Requirements:
- Degree in any Engineering/Quantity Surveying
- Familiar with FIDIC or similar standard form of contract
- At least 5-8 years experience in relevant working experience in handling contractual terms and conditions and commercial contract law in Oil/Gas/Construction industry

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the coordination of construction management, capabilities, resources and utilization across the business unit.
